The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The MBTI sorts some of these psychological differences into four opposite pairs, or dichotomies, with a resulting 16 possible psychological types.

The MBTI Assesses:

  • How we respond and interact with the world around us
  • How we gather information from the world around us
  • How we make decisions based on the information that is gathered from our sensing or intuition functions
  • How we deal with the outside world

None of these types are better or worse; however, Briggs and Myers theorized that individuals naturally prefer one overall combination of type differences.

The Profile XT is a pre-employment screening tool comprised of customized personality and behavioral interview questions. This assessment gives employers a glimpse at your compatibility to the job position and their company.

Employers are able to preselect the level at which they require candidates to score. This assessment includes a customer service skills and representative test. It can include additional features for the areas of hospitality, financial services, retails, and healthcare.

The Profile Sales Assessment uses job modeling, which takes the results from top-performing salespeople and compares them to current and future employee results.
