Our Employee Engagement Survey, Focal ORG, starts with a list of carefully selected and statistically validated survey items. Once employees have completed the online questionnaire, the engagement dashboard takes you deep into the survey results to understand the dynamics of employee commitment and engagement throughout your organization. Employee feedback is invaluable for HR to gauge the pulse of the organization and, in turn, develop communication, trust, and action plans.

The dashboard enables you to quickly identify and understand these problem areas so you can take action with greater precision.

  • Identify global engagement themes and issues across your organization
  • Quickly spot "at risk" groups within your organization
  • Drill down to understand local issues and group dynamics

Within the dashboard, you can also download preformatted custom reports and benchmark results both internally and externally over time.

Behind every personality and behavioral style is a deeply rooted set of attitudes and perspectives that impact everything we do – mindset. Combined, these attitudes and perspectives shape how we view ourselves, how we see the people around us, and our understanding of how we compare to society at large. Through the Birkman Perspectives Scales, we provide data and insights on the strengths of our mindset, the challenges of our mindset, and how others may perceive our view. By working with this data, we can learn new ways of thinking and confront the pros and cons our mindset adds situationally.

These Scales include:

  • Distinctiveness
  • Alignment
  • Social Acuity

Workplaces are emotional places. We all experience a wide range of pleasant and unpleasant feelings at work as we interact with colleagues, customers, suppliers and others.

The Emotional Culture Index has been designed to measure three dimensions of emotions at work:

  • How often people experience certain feelings at work,
  • How often people think it’s fair and reasonable to experience these feelings at work given the nature and context of their workplace, and
  • How often people think they should ideally experience these feelings in their workplace in order to be effective.

This survey is powerful for understanding your organizations emotional climate as compared to other high performing workplaces.

How measuring the pulse of your organization ties to results!

In high performing organizations people feel significantly more engaged, cared for, valued, proud, and motivated than those in low performing organizations. Conversely, in low performing organizations people feel significantly more fearful, stressed, disempowered and uncertain.

How do you know what that pulse is?

The Emotional Culture Index measures exactly this!

This all can be done live remote when you receive a link to send out to your department or entire organization!

A short 5-minute survey produces a report for you in real time, with demographic and emotion descriptive that are customized to your organization.  All respondents remain anonymous, answering 10 questions in three dimensions with free text responses.

Once complete, you will receive your one hour complimentary debrief of the results, including a customized report you keep!

A DiSC assessment is a quick and simple way for you to determine your personality style. You answer a questionnaire where there are no right or wrong answers – just your choices on how you see yourself. A DISC assessment is also commonly known as DISC profile or a personality test. We do not prefer to call it a personality test, because it is not a pass or fail situation. Again, there are no right or wrong answers – just choices that you make.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The MBTI sorts some of these psychological differences into four opposite pairs, or dichotomies, with a resulting 16 possible psychological types.

The MBTI Assesses:

  • How we respond and interact with the world around us
  • How we gather information from the world around us
  • How we make decisions based on the information that is gathered from our sensing or intuition functions
  • How we deal with the outside world

None of these types are better or worse; however, Briggs and Myers theorized that individuals naturally prefer one overall combination of type differences.

At Gladegy, we use the MBTI with our clients to teams build and help uncover insights that lead to better self awareness and bridge building across organizational teams.

The Profile XT is a pre-employment screening tool comprised of customized personality and behavioral interview questions. This assessment gives employers a glimpse at your compatibility to the job position and their company.

The ProfileXT measures:

  • Verbal ability and reasoning
  • Numeric ability and reasoning
  • Personality
  • Work interests
  • Fitness for the position in question

Employers are able to preselect the level at which they require candidates to score. This assessment includes a customer service skills and representative test. It can include additional features for the areas of hospitality, financial services, retails, and healthcare.

The Profile Sales Assessment uses job modeling, which takes the results from top-performing salespeople and compares them to current and future employee results. By doing so, employers aim to better evaluate your strengths and weaknesses (in seven specific areas), ensuring that you are properly placed within the company.

The Profile Sales Assessment is used primarily for selecting, on-boarding, and managing sales people and sales managers. The “job modeling” feature of the Sales Profile is unique and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors. This enables you to evaluate an individual relative to the qualities required to perform successfully in a specific sales job in your organization. It also predicts on-the-job performance in seven critical sales behaviors:

  • Prospecting
  • Call reluctance
  • Closing the sale
  • Self- starting
  • Teamwork building
  • Maintaining relationships
  • Compensation preference

This assessment measures the compatibility between managers/supervisors and their subordinates. By doing so, it aims to determine the right job position for both as well as create effective an working environment and better work relationships.

The CheckPoint Feedback System is a 360-degree survey. It is used primarily to evaluate the effectiveness of your managers and leaders. This survey combines feedback from Direct Reports, Peers, Supervisors, and even customers, with a personalized program for developing specific leadership skills based on that feedback. This process highlights a manager’s job performance in eight Universal Management Competencies: Communication, Leadership, Adaptability, Relationships, Task Management, Production, Development of Others, and Personal Development.

The Thomas Kilmann conflict mode Instrument (TKI® assessment) is the world’s best-selling conflict management tool because it helps trainers, managers, and other professionals conduct productive one-on-one and group discussions about conflict.
