Gladegy Consulting's CEO at the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Graduation

‍Cleveland, OH August 9, 2025 – Gladegy Consulting, LLC is proud to announce that its founder and CEO, Stacy Sufka, has graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C). In recognition of her leadership and contributions to her cohort, Sufka was selected by her peers to deliver the graduation address for Cohort 36.

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program is a highly competitive national initiative designed to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing access to education, capital, and business support services. Participants complete an intensive curriculum covering business strategy, financial management, marketing, operations, and growth planning.

As part of the program, Sufka developed a comprehensive growth plan for Gladegy Consulting. This plan follows an SBA-approved format used to present growth opportunities to banks and funders. It will serve as the company’s strategic roadmap for scaling its impact across Northeast Ohio and beyond.

“Being selected by my peers to speak on behalf of our class was an incredible honor,” said Sufka. “Over the years, I have earned multiple graduate degrees and more than 20 professional certifications, but this experience felt different. I was not just learning new skills. I was applying them directly to strengthen the business I have built from the ground up. This program pushed me to work on my business, not just in it, and the result is a clearer, stronger path forward for Gladegy Consulting.”
